Directions to the Bern practice:
Car: 80 m opposite the practice, you will find the City-West multi-storey car park at the following address: Effingerstrasse 20, 3011 Bern, open 24/7.

Train: Train journey to Bern central station: From the exit “Welle” it is only 120 m to the practice. Walk towards “Schanzenstrasse/Hirschengraben”, and then walk down Schanzenstrasse into the city. Turn right into Laupenstrasse.

Tram/bus: Bus 12 stops directly in front of the practice at the “Hirschengraben” station, one stop from Bahnhofplatz in the direction of Holligen.

Directions to the Thun practice:
Car: 30 m from the practice, there is a car park next to the Aare at the following address: Bälliz 64, 3600 Thun.

Car: 140 m from the practice, there is a car park called “Aarezentrum” at the following address: Aarestrasse 28, 3600 Thun. Cross the Aare over the Postbrücke bridge, and turn right towards Bälliz 60A.

Train: Train journey to Thun central station. From there, it is 200 m as the crow flies to the practice (about a 10 min walk). Bus 1, 2, 3, and 4 all go to “Thun, Postbrücke”. Cross the Postbrücke bridge, and turn right towards Bälliz 60A, 3600 Thun.

Bus: Bus 1, 2, 3, and 4 all go to “Thun, Postbrücke”. From there, take the Postbrücke bridge across the Aare, and then turn right towards Bälliz 60A, 3600 Thun.
